Lakeside Long-Term Care Centre is situated in Toronto's Parkdale neighbourhood. Overlooking an outdoor park and gardens, it is located at 150 Dunn Avenue, south of King St. West. The Centre provides a homelike environment and high quality care for individuals who are unable to live independently and require 24-hour nursing care.

The new 128-bed facility creates much needed long-term care beds in West Toronto. The new centre also allows Toronto Rehab to provide services across the continuum of care - from inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation to complex continuing care and long-term care.
