Welcome to the newly revised Guidebook for Referring Professionals. The directory has been designed to make it easier to refer patients to any of our six clinical programs and other patient care services.

While referral information has been presented in a consistent manner, programs may accept and process referrals differently. For example, some programs have a centralized admissions office while other programs rely on an intake social worker to process referrals.

Under each program or service heading you will find:

Medical referrals from a physician are not always required. Some services accept self-referrals.

Finally, admission criteria and services do change on a semi-regular basis. If unsure, please check with the relevant admissions person before making a referral.

Updates will be made, as required, to this web-based version of the directory of services.
