This is a must-attend event for cardiac rehabilitation professionals, including physicians, rehabilitation therapists, nurses, program managers, dietitians, policy makers, researchers and students who are interested in sharing their experiences and learning from prominent rehabilitation leaders. Don’t miss out!

Again this year participants will be able to view the plenary sessions on the Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN). A rate is available per site.

Conference Overall Learning Objectives:
1. Provide overview of exciting new initiatives related to cardiac rehab and prevention in Ontario
2. Demonstrate close integration of acute care and rehabilitation related to new therapies, technologies and their impact on physical, psychological and social aspects of patient care
3. Engage in stimulating workshops to enhance your practice – communicating with patients, promoting self-management, optimizing referral and views on obesity
