Toronto Rehab, in partnership with the Toronto West Stroke Network, is pleased to host the 8th Annual Stroke Symposium, the premier conference on stroke rehabilitation. Rights of Passage: Enabling Successful community Transition, is a one-day conference aiming to equip delegates with practical knowledge and skills to help empower the stroke client and bridge the gaps in the transition from rehab, to home, and into the community.

Healthcare professionals working with stroke clients in a rehab and community settings including, physicians, OTs, PTs, nurses, speech-language pathologists and students will learn the latest research on topics, including:
