Registration deadlines are subject to change. Registration includes continental breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks each day as well as conference materials and a certificate of attendance.

* The group rate applies to groups of three or more from the same institution who register together

** Students must present a photocopy of valid Student I.D. with their registration form
