Registration includes continental breakfast, refreshment breaks and lunch for both days, workshop materials and a certificate of attendance.

Registration Rates:
$450 Individual Conference Rate
$425 Group Rate* (per person)
$395 Early Bird Rate before May 25, 2007
$225 Student Rate**
$275 One-day registration

*Groups of three or more from the same organization **Students must present a photocopy of a valid student ID.  Registration deadlines and fees are subject to change.

Cancellation Policy:  Registration closes at 5 p.m. on Monday, June 11, 2007. Payment by cheque or VISA must accompany the completed registration form. Payment must be received on or before Monday, June 11, 2007.  Refunds will not be granted to attendees who do not attend the conference. Registration payment must be received before the event date for admittance to the event. Cancellations must be in writing. A full refund, minus a $50 administration fee, will be granted for cancellations received via facsimile on or before Monday, June 4, 2007. No refunds will be issued after this date.
