What's New
The Bobath Concept Master's Class - Sept 13 -17, 2010

5th Annual Cardiac Rehabilitation Symposium: Interprofessional Collaboration in Cardiac Rehab - May 7th, 2010

Professional Practice
Professional practice is a hospital-wide, inter-professional service. In collaboration with Toronto Rehab's clinical and research programs, we work to advance best practice and implement and evaluate initiatives that integrate best practice, education and research in patient care in order to create best outcomes. As well, professional practice takes a lead in defining, maintaining and improving the scope and standards of practice for all professional disciplines at Toronto Rehab.

We have an affiliation agreement with over 20 academic facilities, including the University of Toronto, with respect to student education. We continually collaborate with our academic partners to realize advancement in rehabilitation research and education.

Professional Development
There is a practical and financial commitment at Toronto Rehab to support professionals seeking continuing education and advanced educational degrees. The Tuition Assistance program is designed to provide financial support to staff participating in courses and advanced degrees at a recognized educational facility.
