Toronto Rehab’s Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation Program is pleased to host The Evolving Complexity of the Musculoskeletal Client: Role of the Occupational Therapy Assistant in Rehabilitation on October 6, 2006 at Toronto Rehab’s University Centre.

This one-day workshop will outfit occupational therapy assistants with valuable knowledge on the latest rehabilitation trends and examine their role in providing care for clients with specific MSK conditions. OTAs, rehabilitation assistants and students who work with MSK clients are encouraged to attend this workshop.

Participants will learn the most current information on such topics as pressure relief, seating and positioning, shoulder rehabilitation and orthotic management in MSK rehab.

This education day will provide attendees the opportunity to network, share experiences and discuss pertinent musculoskeletal issues that affect the quality of care provided to clients.
