Toronto Rehab is pleased to host the 2007 Multiple Sclerosis Rehabilitation Symposium, themed Changing Services for Changing Needs. This one-day event will explore innovations and outcomes of clinical services that meet the changing needs of persons over the course of their MS, in benign, relapsing-remitting and progressive stages. Service providers and health care professionals, including PTs, OTs, SLPs, nurses, social workers, physicians and program managers from hospital and community-based settings, are invited to network, collaborate and share their experiences. Leaders in the field of MS will speak on topics such as, affective, behavioural and cognitive issues of MS, cognitive impairments in the workplace, treating MS, chronic disease management models, fitness, falls, and the patient/family perspectives.
