This free public seminar will focus on strategies to cope with the many challenges of caregiving while maintaining personal health and well-being.

Speakers:

Janet Irvine
Janet is passionate about personal independence and self-worth, passionate about caregiving issues, and passionate about every person’s ability to adjust, adapt, achieve and thrive She has founded a company to provide services and products to families and care providers and she is working with LHINs to facilitate caregiver recognition, subsidy and support. Her presentation will provide a unique perspective as someone with experiences as caregiver to a loved one as being cared for after stroke.

The presentation will focus on tools to support the wellbeing of caregivers.
