Wake up to the Risks of Sleep Apnea!

On Wednesday, April 11, 2007, Toronto Rehab offered a free public seminar on sleep apnea as a major risk factor for heart attack and stroke. The event was a great success. Dr. Douglas Bradley, Director of Toronto Rehab’s Sleep Laboratory and Dr. James Macfarlane, Director of Sick Kids’ Sleep Disorders Laboratory, spoke on the risks of sleep apnea on cardiovascular health and the benefits of having a good night's rest.
