Cancellation Policy
Registration closes at 5 p.m. on Wednesday,
May 31, 2006. Payment by cheque or Visa must accompany the
completed registration form.
Payment must be received by Friday, June 2,
2006 in order to be admitted to the conference. Registration
confirmation will be sent via email.
Cancellations must be in writing. A full
refund, minus a $50 administration fee will be charged for
cancellations received via facsimile on or before Monday, May
29, 2006. No refunds will be issued after this date.
