Honour Your Rehab Hero
Demonstrate your gratitude to a special rehab team member by making a charitable donation in their name to the Toronto Rehab Foundation.
For all gifts received in honour of a staff caregiver at Toronto Rehab, a personalized card will be sent to the honouree(s) announcing the donation.
Honour Your Rehab Hero is a great way to thank those who give of themselves everyday at Toronto Rehab. All donations will support our continued commitment to providing the best care possible.
Tribute Giving
Donations in memory of someone or in honour of a person or special occasion are uniquely thoughtful forms of recognition. The occasion may be a birthday, anniversary or other milestone or accomplishment.
When you make a tribute gift, the Foundation sends a card to the person or family to inform them of your donation. The amount is kept confidential, unless you specify for it to be shared.
