Our Corporate Partners

We are honoured to thank the following corporations that have invested $200,000 or greater to support Toronto Rehab since April 1, 2009.

Janssen Inc. is a new supporter of Toronto Rehab. In December of 2011, Janssen Inc. made a generous investment in the future of cardiac health in Canada. Their support toward the establishment of Canada’s first Chair in Cardiac Rehabilitation Research will help Toronto Rehab transform the way that people manage their chronic health conditions, make choices about healthy living and take responsibility for those decisions. With Janssen’s support, this Chair will help reduce morbidity and mortality for people living with chronic health conditions.

Michael Shannon | Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP

In 2011, the firm made a significant investment to Toronto Rehab’s Acquired Brain Injury program, naming University Centre’s Neuro Physical Team Lounge and Neuro Cognitive Patient and Family Lounge. We welcome Michael Shannon and Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP to the Toronto Rehab Family.

Oatley, Vigmond Personal Injury Lawyers LLP

is one of Toronto Rehab Foundation’s longest standing partnerships. As part of their commitment to investing in healthier futures, wherever they live and work, Sun Life made a generous $250,000 gift to Toronto Rehab to fund the Sun Life Financial Patient and Family Resource Centre. This resource centre will house a sizeable collection of books, videos, magazines, CDs and computer workstations allowing visitors to immerse themselves in a wide range of timely and accurate information. The centre will also provide group support for patients and family members.
