When You Get Here

An admitting clerk, intake coordinator or nurse will meet with you shortly after you arrive.  This person will welcome you and:

• Tell you about the services available while you are at Toronto Rehab.

• Get your Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) number.

• Get any private insurance information you may have to provide to the Business Office.

• Get any other information, such as advanced directives.

• Help you get settled and comfortable as quickly as possible.

• Answer any questions you have.
