Leave Passes

Some patients have the chance to spend time at home before they are discharged from the hospital. This is an opportunity to practice your skills at home and to identify any potential problems.

Your care team will discuss leave passes with you, if they are appropriate. You will be responsible for any borrowed equipment you take with you on passes.

Patients cannot get a weekend leave pass during their first weekend staying at Toronto Rehab.
