Exhibitor’s Event Posting
If your company is planning to host any special events after the exhibition hours and you want to promote the event to the delegates, you are welcome to provide us your information and we will post your event on our website for the delegates to view the information.

Pre-Show Delegate Listing
Each exhibitor will be sent the pre-show list of registered attendees in an electronic format to enable exhibiting companies to do pre-show marketing.

Complimentary Customized Postcards for Exhibitor’s Guests
Toronto Rehabilitation Institute will create an online pre-show marketing system for exhibiting companies to help them drive attendance to their exhibit spaces.  Exhibitors can go online and generate customized direct mail to offer their prospects and clients a complimentary pass to the exhibit floor as well as announce new products, services, or show specials.  Each exhibitor is entitled to X complimentary postcards.

Exhibitor Private Meeting Rooms
Meeting rooms will be created on the show floor for exhibitors and delegates to have their private business meetings.

Post-Show Delegate Listing
Each exhibitor will be sent the post-show list of registered attendees in an electronic format to enable exhibiting companies to do post-show marketing.

Logo on Conference Emails
Have your logo and weblink included in on all conference emails.  This includes four email blasts sent to thousands of healthcare professions before the conference.

Full-Page Advertisement in Conference Binder
Place a full-page advertisement within the first few pages of the conference binder.  This will give your company increased exposure within the conference and additional value after the conference as the delegates use the binders as a reference at their workplace.

Reception Sponsor
Treat attendees to a wonderful networking reception.  Special signage will inform the attendees who to thank for this networking opportunity.  With five complimentary passes, this is a great opportunity to have your company representatives’ greet attendees at the reception.

Lunch Sponsor
Special signage will remind participants the delicious lunch was provided on behalf of your company/organization.  During the break, a five-minute PowerPoint presentation will be on the main stage providing the audience with educational information about your products, services, and future directions.

Breakfast Sponsor
Help the attendees start their day with a delightful breakfast.  Signage will be included in the breakfast area to notify attendees who to thank.  During the break, a five-minute PowerPoint presentation will be on the main stage providing the audience with educational information about your products, services, and future directions.

Conference Bags
Help attendees manage all important conference materials.  You will have your logo exclusively on each bag reminding delegates who to thank for these bags.

Relaxation Sponsorship
Attendees will appreciate the opportunity for a complimentary upper body or foot massage courtesy of your company.  The massage therapists will wear your logo apparel throughout the event (provided by the sponsor).

Marketing Material Insert
Have your marketing material directly inserted into the registration bags given to all attendees.

Logo Recognition
All conference materials will be branded with your logo.  It will be included on directional signage, brochures (sent to thousands of delegates pre-conference), within conference binders, and on slides shown on the main stage before the conference.

Opening Remarks
Take centre stage and have the exclusive opportunity to welcome the attendees to the conference.

Conference Website
Have your logo and website link on the home page of the conference web page.  All attendees must register for the conference through our website and Toronto Rehabilitation Institute will archive the conference material indefinitely.  The website obtains over 700,000 unique visits per year, 20% of these visits target our education page.

Conference Hot Spot Sponsorship
Hot spot sponsors will be announced daily during allotted exhibit hours.  At these times, attendees will be asked to visit these booths for a chance to win a prize provided by the exhibitor.

Delegate Gifts
Leave a lasting impression on the attendees by presenting them with a special gift.  These may include mugs, pens, lanyards, chocolates, notepads, etc.  If you have a specific or creative gift in mind, please let us know, as we are open to suggestions.

There will be an area in the foyer dedicated to the Technology Showcase and new innovative technologies.  By sponsoring the showcase, you will benefit of 15 minutes to demonstrate your ground-breaking product to the delegates during break.

Opening Keynote Musical Entertainment
This sponsorship will provide some upbeat live music for delegates to enjoy as they are seated before the Opening Keynote Speaker takes the stage.

Refresh and reload in our internet lounge.  Located on the exhibition floor, delegates and exhibitors will have access to their email and a jolt of java.
