Submit an abstract on any of the following initiatives:
- Clinical research
- Clinical program evaluation
- Evaluation of outcomes/interventions
- Case studies
Abstract Guidelines
We are seeking abstracts for either of the following formats:

Podium Presentation
(part of the Clinical Research Presentation)

A 15-minute presentation on current research in the area of balance, fitness and mobility that is relevant to emerging clinical practice. These presentations will be assigned a specific time based on the number of abstract submissions under this category.
Poster Presentation
- Displays may consist of a one-piece poster, or a two - dimensional collection of smaller pieces which utilize the panel as a background.
- Posters must be HORIZONTAL. The display’s overall size must not exceed the panel dimensions 72" wide x 48" high.
- Handouts may not be left on the floor in front of the display.
- Business card or brochure holders may be attached to the display panel.
- Displays will be showcased during designated conference hours
- You will receive an e-mail with the exact date and time you can set up your poster.

Notes:
1. Abstracts will be judged by a Review Committee and will be chosen based on their relevance to the conference objectives
2. Some of the podium abstracts that meet the conference presentation objectives will be invited to do a 15 minute presentation during a Clinical Research Presentation session
3. Posters will be on display throughout the conference
4. Expenses: All presenters are responsible for their own expenses, including travel accommodation and conference registration. Funding is not available for Podium or Poster Abstract presentations.
5. Registration: Submitting an abstract does NOT register you to attend the conference. You MUST complete the separate registration process to be admitted to the conference. To register for the conference,

6. A cash award will be given for Best Poster and Best Rapid Podium Presentation.

Abstracts submitted in any other format will not be accepted. .
