The online registration closes at 5pm on Tuesday February 7, 2012. You will be able to register at the event after this date.
Registration includes continental breakfast and refreshment breaks, lunch, materials and a certificate of attendance.
Payment by VISA, MasterCard or cheque must accompany the completed online registration form. Payment must be received on or before Friday, January 14, 2011.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund, minus a $75 administration fee, will be issued for cancellations received via facsimile or e-mail on or before Friday, January 20, 2012. No refunds will be issued after this date. Refunds will not be granted to attendees who do not attend the conference.
