The results of a 2010 Employee and Physician Survey conducted across 30 Ontario hospitals tell us we’re succeeding. We were a high performer in five dimensions—including employee communication, respect, teamwork and providing a safe work environment.
 
And, we were named one of Greater Toronto’s Top Employers for 2011.

In 2009, we received the Health Innovator’s Award from the Ontario Health Association and National Quality Institute in recognition of our commitment to developing and sustaining a healthy workplace.
