On March 31, 2011, the Board of Directors of Toronto Rehab approved a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to initiate a process that, with necessary approvals, lead to Toronto Rehab joining with the Toronto Western, Toronto General and Princess Margaret Hospitals and becoming part of the University Health Network (UHN).  The MOU was also approved by UHN’s Board. This initiative will, of course, require approval from the Toronto Central LHIN and the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care.
